Trygt Oppgjør AS (org. no. 914 990 483) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. We process a minimum of personal data, and only to reply to enquiries.

What we collect

The only place we collect personal data is the contact form: name, phone number, email address and any message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is only used to reply to your enquiry and any follow-up you ask for – never for marketing, profiling or resale. Basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f), legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Retention and access

Enquiries are deleted within 12 months, or sooner on request. Only the managing director and staff who follow up have access.

Cookies

The website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing. An invisible technical counter only records that the page was opened, without personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing. Complaints may be sent to Datatilsynet. Contact: post@trygtoppgjor.no.
