The purchase price never passes directly between buyer and seller. It sits in our client account until the deed is registered and all encumbrances are cleared – only then is the settlement paid out. Client funds and documents are managed in line with applicable laws and regulations.

All documents are signed with BankID, and buyer and seller fill in the settlement forms digitally – wherever in Norway you live.

Contract and documents
We receive the purchase contract, or help draft it, together with the deed and other documents. Everything is signed securely with BankID, and buyer and seller complete the settlement forms digitally.

Checks and handover
We make sure everything is legally and financially in order before handover and settlement can take place.

Registration and settlement
We handle the settlement and make sure registration follows applicable laws and regulations. We take care of everything practical.

Final settlement and documentation
Once settled, both buyer and seller receive full documentation of everything done – complete peace of mind and overview afterwards too.
