Your responsibilities

  • Carrying out complete property settlements
  • Registration and document control
  • Dialogue with banks, agents and clients
  • Control and disbursement of client funds
  • Professional support to agents
  • Daily settlement operations and quality assurance

Desired qualifications

  • Estate agency licence, lawyer's licence or permission as a jurist to practise estate agency
  • Experience with property settlement
  • Good AML understanding and strong digital skills
  • Accurate, efficient and structured
  • Able to handle several processes at once
